Affiliate disclosure

Smaller Portions is reader-supported. We take part in affiliate programmes including the Amazon Associates Programme and programmes run through the Awin network (such as Bulk, Myprotein, Grenade, Gousto, SimplyCook and Boots). When you click a link and buy something, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

How we label links

• Pages with affiliate links carry an "#ad · Ad / affiliate links" notice near the top.
• Each affiliate link has an "#ad / affiliate" label next to it.
• Sponsored or gifted content is always labelled "Ad".

What we don't do

• Commission never changes what we recommend or how we write about a product.
• We don't list prices or star ratings, because they change. Please check the retailer's site before buying.
• Product claims on packs and retailer pages are the brands' own. The only health claim we use ourselves is that protein contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass, and only for foods that are at least a source of protein.

Programmes not yet active

Some programmes named above haven't approved us yet. Until they do, those products show "link coming soon" instead of a link.
